Öckeröborgen aquires Swede Ship Marine

Öckeröborgen has today, April 13, 2022, acquired all shares in Swede Ship Marine AB.

The ambition with the acquisition is to preserve and develop new construction of ships in Sweden and we will do everything we can to stabilize and increase the possibility of building and delivering new ships.

Öckeröborgen AB is a family-owned marine parent company with operations in the Nordic region, including several Swedish service and repair yard included.

Swede Ship Marine AB consists of a group of companies with a long tradition in shipbuilding.
Both operations have a 100-year history of shipyard operations.

We would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who was involved in making the deal possible.
