About the job
At Swede Ship we develop, repair and deliver market-leading boats and ships to e.g. maritime rescue, defense forces and shipping companies. Swede Ship Composite in Hunnebostrand and Swede Ship Marine are located in Djupvik on Tjörn and are the parent company of a shipyard group that employs around 90 people. Other companies in the group are Swede Ship Yachtservice at Nya Varvet in Gothenburg and Swede Ship Sublift.

Competency requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in work management. You also have good skills in preparation and planning as well as reading drawings. General knowledge is requested in plastic manufacturing and mechanical processing as well as carpentry.
Personal qualities such as cooperation, stress tolerance and accuracy are absolutely crucial. You are a problem solver but thrive best when you get to be one step ahead by preparing the work when several projects are going on at the same time. The supervisor role also includes hiring and managing hired personnel. Driving license B a requirement. It is advantageous if you have knowledge in marine construction.
